Navman Mio S505 Sat Nav - GPS Speed Camera Downlload

I have recently purchased the above and a new computer with Windows 7.
With previous Navmans and Windows XP I have used ASC Files and downloaded through Notepad.

Mio tell me I import these through CSV files and a BMP image and that Notepad is not needed. As standard GPS Download is ASC Files does anyone know how I can now download?
