Navigon 4350 Max - Maps - Moving them from unit to SD Card?

I want all the Europe maps installed on my system. However there is not enough memory to fit them all on to the units internal memory. if I download & install using Navigon Fresh say 10 of them & move them to the SD card & then download the remainder to the unit then it seems as if the system only sees the items on the unit. The original 10 maps that I moved to the SD Card do not show up as on the system in "My System" in Navigon Fresh. The Maps on the SD Card do show up as a country on the 4350 but there is hardly any detal on them other than major roads. Possibly some European countries only show a few major highways. Can anyone help & put me straight on this please? Question

I can't be sure without the user manual, but is there possibly an option under settings to select internal memory/sd card/both?

Update: The maps are there, the unit regognizes them. They show up OK on XP so perhaps it is a Vista problem with Navigon Fresh. Confused

I software fix to Fresh should be coming soon, can't tell you anymore than that. Wink

You can download a few maps, then move them manually to the SD card and download the remaining maps, but unless you are in a rush I would wait for the fixed version of Fresh.

You will then be able to download the maps in one go without messing around.

New version of Navigon Fresh should now be available and it will fix the issue.

You should now be able to download the maps with no problem as it will see the internal and external memory.
