TT One V3 help with update please

Hi Guys
TT One V3
Leave this at work to use but it has not been updated for ages. Wanted to update camera database as well but .................
Have connected to Home etc and tried to update. Had a few strange messages about not enough disk space - delete unused voices etc. (can't understand this as there is plenty of space on internal memory) It crashed a couple of times but now when I try and update it downloads v 8.010 but when it tries to install this I keep getting error message Could not delete " G:\fm2010 parameters".

Keeps getting stuck on this now just as I thought I was getting somewhere.

Help please? Any ideas guys?

(Currently running version 7.166 - yes I know - v.old but it has been gathering dust whilst using Go. )

Ok - further to the above. TT Home has frozen and totally crashed 'plutor. After reboot.
Plug in TT
Home opens.
Checked ' my computer ' - states 339mb free on internal drive G:|
Then tried to update and install new application
Says not enough space on disk - try removing some items.
Tried that ( foreign voices ) but it then says I am unable to back up.
tried to back up contents of TT to computer - won't let me do that either.
Checked 'my computer ' - now says disk full!!
Tried a back up straight from G: to computer but won't let me do that either!! - 'Cannot copy from source file or disk'

Completely bu&&ered now!!

Restart computer. Use Explorer to highlight G:\

Suspect you'' ba able to copy contents to computer now.

Tried that.
Just states " cannot read from source file or disk "
