Spoken alerts not working

I have tom tom one version 6.560 software and find that since I installed the new camera database that not all the spoken alert .ogg files operate.
I have had a fully functioning system of all warning spoken alerts prior to the new install.
When I go to ..Manage PIOs...Warn when near PIO..pick say 20 gatso the screen says remove warning I SAY No...I then get a distance choose ..pressing Done takes me to "warn only if PIO on route...I place tick in box..press done and the unit then goes back to Manage PIOs main screen....No Warning choice provided...ON a test route these spoken warning are operational. IS THIS CORRECT

The main Problem
NOW doing the same with all the PMOBILEs after distance choice I get a noise only choice (say cow) and test is cow noise..select takes me to poi on rout choice then back to main page. NO Spoken Alert.
