nuvi 200

last year i updated my mates nuvi 200. put on poi,s and speed cams.
i remember using a poi loader and i remember i had to keep the original file when i updated it. but i cant remember how i did it
can someone jog my memory
i got the unit here and the cam files for it, can i extract the files off the unit and just add the cameras. i dont want to loose his pois coz im not sure what he got on

all files need to be uploaded at the same time so if you wanted to keep the other files they would need to be installed again at the same time as the updated speed cameras.
