520 doesn't know about my Traffic subscription

Hi all

A couple of days ago I paid for a 12-month combined GPRS traffic & speed camera package, for my 520.

Eventually got a working wireless connection to my phone, and TomTom services on my device shows the speed camera subscription with the correct expiry date. Can see weather reports etc too, so wireless is obviously working OK.

However, I get no traffic bar, and when I select the TomTom Traffic icon, it just tells me that I need a subscription, or the one I have is expired.
The only response I've got from TT support so far was an explanation of how to setup my wireless connection

Has anyone else had this problem, or know what the cause/fix is ??

Have a look in the UK&ROI map folder using Windows Explorer and check the size of the following two files:

tmccodes.dat
traffic.dat

Are these files above 0Kb if so you have found the problem and we can soon prescribe a solution - Mike
