My Nuvi 660 supports MP3 so I would like to use voice alerts but am not sure how to accomplish this using the Camera Manager. Will the Camera Manager correctly pick the MP3 voice files up and place them into the proper GPX files or there something else that I need to do? _________________ Garmin NUVI 660 with 2010 maps, Navman 550, Garmin Etrex Vista, Garmin 775 |

You must place them in the upload folder on your PC with the GPX and BMP files you wish to send to the unit. POILoader will do the rest. |

Should I turn off the alerts in the Nuvi to avoid interference or do they work together with the PGS alerts? They are labelled as None, Single Tone, or Continuous Tone. _________________ Garmin NUVI 660 with 2010 maps, Navman 550, Garmin Etrex Vista, Garmin 775 |

Those options control the alerts you'll get from the PGPSW database too. Don't turn them off.. |
