can anyone help me. I dont know if its the software or my old 910 but since putting navcore 7.903 on it it1s been crashing, freezing red X ing and all kinds of silliness. How can I reinstall an earlier version ?. simply please as I`m no whizz kid !

A lot will depend on which Version of Map you have. If it's a V8** then I'm afraid you're stuck with 7.903 as any software prior to 7.903 will not be able to use the Map.

I've been using 7.903 since it came out and, touch wood, have had no problems with it.

Try removing the files in the Root of the Drive and getting HOME to install the software again. Do a Explorer Backup first, of course, and only remove the Files, NOT any Folders.

Thanks oldboy, did a format and full reinstall(several) times and somehow I`ve managed it. The TT is working like a dream(touch wood) cos off on my hols tomorrow.

spoke too soon... just back from holiday in france. Used it as an mp3 player in our rented flat. back too silly devils! Gonna try it all again.
When I had it working well(see previous post) I had not reloaded my mp3s on to it so suspect corrupt mp3 files might be the trouble. Or at least I hope so.
