No it just gets three months of Live Traffic services from the first time it starts connecting to the TomTom servers via GPRS. However if it was a shop demo unit you might find there is an issue and the three months have already been used up. If so complain to TomTom and try to get another free 3 months offered to you. |
Spot on, subscription expired!
Went through the renewal process just to get the functionality but unit says it's connected to Live services but won't give me the chance to register / activate. My username is still anonymous!
Retailer and Tom Tom to be contacted tomorrow. No harm in asking eh?

anyone knows which barcode is the right one? is it the sticker with serial number or the other one on the box which I think is the same on all TT Go Live xxxx series?
