Just an update. The A1 at The Angel is a nightmare, you just need to look at the live TT HD traffic to see whats going on! During the daytime there is a persistent queue going southbound (where the A1 is at one lane) and most of the time there is a queue from J65 down to Team Valley!
As I type this, its a 3mile tailback but a whopping 28min delay to get through it!

Has anyone managed to d/l the updated dll? file yet in order for 'Operate My Go' to work? I just spoke to TT CS and they didn't know what I was talking about!!!!! They just said that if there were any issues, they would have been told about them _________________ Go740L App 9.510 Europe 985.8155

Thanks for the reply. at least it's not me. Why on earth can't they release the file at the same time as the upgrade? _________________ Go740L App 9.510 Europe 985.8155

Not sure, in all the years I have used a TT, the dll is always released sometime after the update is made.
I personally don't use the 'operate my go' feature, so I have no issues with it, but I can see how it can be frustrating to people who do use the feature. _________________ Tomtom GO 1005 LIVE

I had hoped that this update would fix the map freezing bug on the x40. No such luck. Out on a short (10 mile) journey just now and it happens again on the A2. So far I have resisted the urge to chuck this heap of junk out of the car window. I think instead I might book a trip to the Netherlands and lob it straight at Harold Goddijn's head. |

I've never seen that on mine. Could be a problem specific to your unit? |

I meant this problem, which seems to be fairly common. |

This version seems to have fixed the slow fix problem but I still have lost signal problems during navigation on my 540.
Back to the old OS on my card until the next release I guess. _________________ Everywhere and nowhere

Called customer service today, they told me they are working on it! I sounded like they were fixing the problem on an individual basis, and I will be notified (in Home) when the fix is available for me. It was acknowledged the some already have it. Sure doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling that its going to fixed real soon!

That's a new one!
Good luck, but I'll believe it when I see it! |
