Newbie question on POI

Great site, I'm sure I'm going to be a regular here for a long time because there's so much helpful advice.
Got my TomTom3 working fine after a conflict with the Ipaq keyboard driver was sorted out (removed the driver) but I'm having a bit of trouble with the POI.

I've downloaded a few onto my PC desktop and unzipped them but how do I get them into the Ipaq? I'm sure this is very simple and I must have managed to do it yesterday because I now have a few petrol station alerts but I have no idea how I did it.

Would anyone be good enough to help or to point me to some info that's probably already on here?

In ActiveSync, click Explorer, browse to your storage card (SD or CF) and into the Great Britain (or country directory) for Navigator. Then copy the associated OV2 and BMP files across to this directory, then you can run up TTN and go into the Properties screen and under POI's tab you should be able to then enable the new POI's.
