Nuvi 760 Crashed

For some reason my nuvi has crashed, It locks up at the loading maps page and take about 30min to load after .
It will also not connect to my pc anymore. When connecting with usb, i can see the drive, but it doesn't open and I don't see Nuvi as the drive name anymore.
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem at home, or is the only way to ship it back to garmin.
Unit also has a 5sc -10 min delay when touching buttons.

Hi and welcome.

Try a reset. With the unit off, hold your finger down on the bottom right corner of the screen. Switch on and hold your finger there until you are prompted to Erase All User Data. Say Yes.

See if that does anything.

I have tried all the resets, Nothing will help.
I also see I have lost my preloaded map.
