|
|
Hi All,
I'm having trouble uploading / downloading routes using the Route Share option on the satmap site. I have registered my A10 but I'm constantly being asked to do so again! I end up going round in circles adding my email address and A10 serial number but without any joy!
Any help/advice on how I can sort this would be most welcome. Thanks, _________________ Regards, Paul |

Don't be too despondent Paulr
I suspect that the lack of responses are because m,ost of us logged in long ago and cannot go through the same process again. Hence our inability to comment now.
However I would say that Satmap are normally very good at responding to problems if you ring in. Their response to e-mails is a bit erratic but phone response has normally been very good. So why not ring them and ask?
Good luck. _________________ LostMike
