About 3 months ago I asked TomTom to cancel my live services on my 940 and at last it is due to expire in one day. I was hoping the iPhone app would be out by now and was going to switch to that. But as it's not and I'm going on holiday tomorrow I want to renew live services for at least another month.
The problem is I can't. Home says Live Services are not compatible with my device and offers me only their standard traffic and safety camera options. The TomTom website only re-directs me back to the home app.
On the device itself it says Live Services expire on 1 day, select to renew... If I do that I get the message "Your LIVE services are still active. You do not need to renew".
Will I be able to renew on the device tomorrow? |

Who knows? TT seem to be a law unto themselves with the subscription services.
The best bet would be to call them, but they don't work weekends! |

The device now says services expire in 0 days. It is still working and I still can't renew. |

It will shortly change to expired then you should be able to renew. When my credit card expired I could not re-order until the service had totally ceased. Until then Home kept telling me I had already purchased the service.
I don't think you can renew for a month, you can get a montlhy subscription that takes up to three months to cancel, or 6 or 12 months prepaid. _________________ Drivelux |
