SPECS M1 JN34 to 35

I travel through that neck of the woods every day, and am notcing that one or two of the specs cameras are moving around from where they were originally installed. Is that some cunning plan I wonder to catch us unawares, anyway the point of this post is to ask the following question,
In the submission pages, what does a cyan box around a speed camera mean ?

The cameras might move for a variety of reasons but i can't see it's to "catch you out". It doesn't really matter where the cameras are as long as your average speed is below the maximum posted then there is no way you can be "caught out". if they were GATSOs then, maybe yes, it might be to stop people learning where the cameras are but as SPECS covers and entire zone moving the cameras about makes no difference as it's your average speed through the zone and not at any one point that counts.

Cyan boxes - IIRC these are Unverified submissions. You should only seem round your own submissions...
