Speed warning tab, whiich mph setting?

What do people have the mph setting set at for the 'speedlimit for POI's in this overlay' Im not exactly sure what its referring to. Cant go out anc check it either. Have everything else setup okay though

Found it in another post eventually i think, ive set the speed limit to 30 so that it will warn me of cameras if im going aboe 30, is that correct?

Do i really need it to play a sound? i tried removing the sound file from the /... option at the bottom where you choose, but you cant simply remove the file path, anyway to do this? If i do this do i just get visual alerts?

Am i missing a 'sticky' somewhere with what people have determined as the best settings for each tab? One would be very usefl since ive noticed these questions seem to pop up quite regularly.
