Hi i have just bought a 920 it just has the stanard 4Gb SD Card i would like to upgrade to a larger size could anyone suggest a suitable Card for this machine.

If it is for mp3s then get a class 6 SDHC card - I believe 32Gb is supported but I have only gone as high as 16Gb.

All of the cards I have tried have worked but no doubt Mike will pop up soon with a link or two to his favourite cards....

Make sure you do a full backup using Windows Explorer before you do anything (see the FAQs) and then upgrade to the latest Navcore as out of the box IIRC 4Gb was the max supported until the bootloader gets upgraded.

Thankyou Andy have done full backup from out of box i'm an old hand from 910 days.Its just that there are so many variants out there now a days.I would just like to get one that is compatable.

Peak, Sandisk, Integral, Crucial, Kingston even Tesco own brand have worked for me!

This is the one I use in both 16GB and 8GB size, I don't suffer postage charges as their trade/ public counter is only 15 miles from where I live - Mike
