When ever i go on the A66 to Penrith Tomtom on my PDA from version 6 and 7 crashes around Temple Sowerby, since the new bypass has been in - some 3 yrs now i think.

Does this happen to anyone else?

The bypass opened in October 2007 actually!

I've never had the software crash when 'driving across fields', but mine did used to get rather confused on TT4/5 whilst driving across the fields around the M6 Toll.
