|
|
Hi, new subscriber, long time member with a couple of questions, the first is regarding the .ogg files.
Which .ogg files from this link will work with both the Australian "Consolidated by Type" and the Australian "Speed Zoned Complete" files and will say the warning in Metres & Kilometres per hour?
I am currently using the Consolidated by type using the built in TomTom brief description but I am interested in using this sites ogg files.
Second question is, I am currently subscribed to the TomTom Speed Camera updates, will downloading these updates as well as running the pocket GPS files cause any issues? I wont be renewing my subscription to TomTom now that I have decided to use the Pocket GPS files but I am wondering if there will be any conflicts with both files on my 930 and also how do I disable the TomTom alerts on the device if I decide I don't want to use them any more.
Thank you for any information provided
Cheers Quozl |

there will be no confilcts as such but you may get some duplicate warnings.
as for the ogg files then just use the 'european' ones - these are in kmh from 20 up to 130.

To disable the TomTom alerts, just tap "disable alerts" in the TomTom Plus Services/ Safety Cameras menu.
to remove them completely follow #13 in the FAQs in the TomTom forum section (HERE) |
