HTC Touch 3G and TTN6

I run TTN6 on my HTC Touch and I'm looking at getting a Touch 3G (also possibly Samsung Tocco Ultra) both of which have built in GPS.
Will I be able to use the 'internal' GPS on these phones to run TTN6 and anyone have any other comments on advantages/disadvantages/problems I might face.

You will be OK with the Touch 3G but I have no idea about the Tocco, selection of the built in GPS is easy to set up once the software is installed and the map activated - Mike
