Log into route Planner

I am only a Lincolnshire Lad so consequently a little dim.
I am trying to log into the route planner and cannot get the page to accept my serial number.
I registered with the site in September 2008 and get all the gumpf that Satmap send out.
Which number does the page want?
Barcode, Hyphenated, or the last one starting ACT10?

Just went through "registration" again and hey presto it now will let me on.

ACT10 - if you used that, let us have more details of your login attempt (input, error messages, XP/Vista etc) and I'm sure someone will be along to help a poor Lincolnshire lad
