Error on TomTom server

My HD traffic and other services aren't working again. Is it just me, or is it general. Found this last night, and still not working this morning. Services access gives "TomTom Services. An error occurred on the TomTom server. Please try again." and a continue button. Setting my account in prefs gives the "This content was bought for another device and cannot be used on this device. To use it on this device, go to the www.tomtom.com site" error message.

Given I had trouble getting it working and they took a week to fix last time, this doesn't bode well for me, even if I am happy with the core service when it works!.

Requested help. Response was "reset to factory settings". Replied suggesting that device not turned on for a week probably not the fault. Turned it on anyway, and now it is working. Perhaps they checked my account.
