Go To

Decided the time was right this weekend to have my first walk using the Active10 for real. All was fine until the weather became inclement, and I decided to bail out approx half way round. At this point I thought it the perfect opportunity to try out the Go To facility. Set up the new directions with no problem, but was somewhat disappointed not to have an amended distance to completion, as all the Data boxes were blank. Is this how it should be, or is there something I am not doing? It seems a bit strange to me that if you have not got the two distances to compare you could conceivably end up walking further using the Go To then staying on your original route!

I think the way to get a goto distance would be to change one of the data boxes to show distance to go to - it would be a straight line distance of course. I've noticed that distance to the end of the route doesn't work on a goto point even though a straight route is displayed - I find this a missing too.

Thanks for that Gibbo should have looked in the data box category before posting. I have now utilised the 2 box data field for "Go To" settings
