home wont log me in

Home wont log me in. I just get the email / password incorrect. Yet if i click the forgot password link, i get sent the linkto reset it to the email address that is in home. So the the email is right. I then reset the password, so I know that is right. But, I still get the same error message of not being able to log in...

Have you changed your device? That's the usual cause. The login/password ID is linked to the device registered in Home.

To test that...What happens if you try to log in without the TT attached?
