I am used to tomtom speed camera installation which was self self intiuitive . I have now installed copilot live. I have down loaded the pocketgps camera data base for copilotlive which is a collection of .5 .csv files no bmp files Version 7.021 (04 Feb 09)
Where do a copy them to and how do I activate them in copilot. Following the link on "installation instructions" for copilot live does not seem to relate to what I have down loaded or where to put the files.
any CLEAR help will be greatly appreciated |

Thanks for the prompt reply, much appreciated. I have successfully dowloaded the "consoledated.csv files " and deleted the files starting with "AO". Does exactly it says in your post!!!!, regarding installing the files. Looking in POI'S in copilot live they are under "custom poi's".Next question is how I alert myself to approaching the speed cameras. In tom tom navigator I could highlight each type of camera and put in a distance to approach + audible sound alarm ? Could you please point me in the right direction, especially if you have posted a reply before regarding copilot live .
regards

i've not used copilot for quite a while but from memory there is an option somewhere for safety camera alerts where you can set the warning on/off and the distance (in multiple of 500 yards)
using the PGPSW CP7 specific format they are added as safety cameras rather than custom poi's.
