tomtom lived up to my expectation...they emailed me this morning to say that there is a technical problem with LMG for my device and they could not sort it out. instead they offered me to download the new maps as if i purchased them...i connected the device to the computer and straight tomtom home showed that i have new maps for download...worked very smoothly and now i have maps version 8.15...thanks tomtom
