Go 540 and Map 835.2419

I'm starting a new topic on this as original reply was in 'New Map 835.2419 Released'

After updating my Go 540 with the latest map release 835.2419 the HD Traffic service no longer works. It says that the subscription has expired (which it hasn't). Other Live services like Google, Weather and mobile camera updates still work.

I have emailed TomTom and waiting for reply.

Others have also posted in 'New Map 835.2419 Released' that they have exactly the same problem.

If you really really need the HD Traffic service and you own a Go 540, think carefully before updating to the new map.

As this is being dealt with in the other thread I'll lock this one. No need to duplicate questions and answers.

Not all x40 users have had issues with the HD Services so no need to avoid the update necessarily.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
