Tried to connect 730T today but all computer will say is No Device connected - I can neither connect to TT home nor look at device in My Computer. I read Here that device can be affected by using a screen protector. I have just bought and stuck one on. Is it really possible that, that is the cause
I suppose someone will immediately say, take it off and find out But, I would just like some reason first. Thanks. _________________ Gee-Pee

The link you showed is for a different issue.
Just do a pin reset for about 5 seconds on the unit and try again. _________________ David |

Simple, why did I not think of that. Anyway, it worked. Thanks David. _________________ Gee-Pee

Thanks Andy. I'll note those fixes for the future - if there is a future. Anyway, this time David's simple fix did the job. _________________ Gee-Pee

Good-oh.
The quick answer is always the best!
(A reset was the first suggestion on that page too ) |

Yes, I noticed, then I backed off when it started on more complicated actions - I'm capapable but less willing these days to start delving into task manager, check the SPs have been installed etc etc - of course I started at the end of the list first. _________________ Gee-Pee
