Help needed to Upgrade - v1.300

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help a frail, old gal who is computer illiterate & can't get to grips with modern technology. I'm trying to upgrade to the new 1.3 & can't get past the second instruction which is;

- Run the upgrader executable

Can anyone please tell me what this is or what it means & how I am supposed to do it?

If you download the v1.300 update from SatMap you should have a file called upgrader1300.exe on your PC.

Connect your SatMap to your PC using the USB cable, make sure SatSync is not running (if you have it installed) and then simply double-click the upgrader1300.exe to 'Run' it and begin the upgrade process.
