Hi guys,

not sure if this is the correct forum or not to post this. Im looking for to replace my TT One V2 for a 540 live as I really like the idea of the traffic and bearing in mind i travel 35-40k a year you can imagine how much this could help!

The best price I can find for it is £248.38 inc VAT plus £6 delivery from a reputable website.

Does anyone know of a better deal????

anyhelp would be gratefully recieved!

Many Thanks

Darryl

£233 inc p&p seems to be the best price, use the following web site:

Hope this helps.

I am sure you know this but saving £10 on hi tech stuff is not always the best option. Some companies import goods form other countries and if you bought an imported x40 that was not made for this country, it would not work here as the SIMs are country specific.

These goods do go wrong, there have been several people on this forum with faulty Gox40s including myself. If you have to send it back, is your dealer big enough to have one on the shelves they can replace it with.

Look out for vouchers and sales in major retailers who will also sell these items. Even Marks and Spencers sell the Go540!

Absolutely agree Mr.T, the saving of a few quid is all well and good, but the quality of the product you purchase may not be exactly as it should be, also the quality of service of the provider may not be as it should be.

Pixmania have cheap stuff, but if something goes wrong it sounds, from other threads, that it could be an absolute nightmare to get your gear back in any kind of time frame.

I reckon I will always go to the high street for a big Electronics purchase, because the after sales service should be better, or at least you would have someone to shout at.

Very Happy Looking forward to Christmas Very Happy

Personally I reckon that you can't go far wrong with Amazon, who are currently selling the GO 540 Live for £244.90 with free delivery, if you don't mind waiting a few days!

They have an excelent return policy, and if the price should drop within 30 days of purchase, then they will refund the difference.

You are assured of a brand new UK shrink wrapped product, and my experience is that they pack items in good strong cardboard boxes, so that they arrive in perfect condition.

I don't have any connection with Amazon, other than being a very regular, and satisfied customer of theirs!

Just one slight word of caution though... do make sure that you are buying directly from Amazon themselves, if possible, rather than from one of their "Marketplace Sellers".
