Possible to transfer favourites (i3 to 200W)?

Is it possible to transfer favourites between a street pilot i3 and the Nuvi 200W and if so how do I do it?

The only ways I can think of are - POSSIBLY -

(a) if you download Mapsource (it's free AFAIK) from the Garmin site AND can get it to recognise your i3 (is it registered?) then you MAY be able to upload your favourites to Mapsource. Then if you can do the same with the 200W you MAY be able to download the favorite data from Mapsource to it.

(b) if you have them on a microSD card as a recognisable file, I suppose it might also be possible to transfer more directly via the PC.

Can't say this will work, but it's all I can think of (and take backups first if you think you need to, especially of the Nuvi).
