Lost ASR after upgrade to 8.3

My issue is that I have the two icons greyed out for navigate to spoken address when I use the Western Europe or North American 8.15.2003 maps.

If I manage maps and select the older 8.10 maps on the same device, the option is not greyed out. I have both the 8.10 and the 8.15 maps installed when I am testing this out.

These issues are independant of the device and software build.

The UK & Ireland 8.15.2003 map does not have this problem.

I have resolved this issue by deleting the map folder and reinstalling the maps from the download in Home. I can only assume I had a corruption in one of the map files.
