i decided to upgrade to version 2.4
dowloaded saved to my documents
i try to open it and it will not install
any ideas

You don't say what operating system your PC is using I know that for Windows you must have 2000, XP or Vista not sure about Apple Mac?

What sort of error message (if any) does the PC give you?

i have windows xp
i do not get a message
the installer does not run at all

Delete it and try downloading it again.
