Tom Tom One XL Bluetooth connection

I have a One XL europe and want to use a Bluetooth headset to hear the directions.
1. do I need a bluetooth phone ?

2. If I can use just a headset which ones are compatible ?

3. do I need to change any settings on the satnav ?

4. Is there anything else I need to know ?

A One XL bluetooth only supports the data transfer it does not offer handsfree or externnal audio feeds using bluetooth so I wouldn't expect this to work to be honest - Mike
