I think John877 is on the right track.

When you originally had just the GB map the cameras should have been installed to that maps folder. Now you have installed a new map you have to put the cameras in the new maps folder (as well as the original maybe, or instead of, you haven't said whether you now have 2 maps on the device / card)

The other thought is, have you downloaded the european camera database? If so this doesn't include the UK, you need to download both.

Are you SURE you have now put all the required files into your NEW map's folder?

In other words if you have bought a Western Europe map, there will be a folder called "Western Europe" and you need to copy all the UK camera .ov2 files and .bmp files from the download package into that folder.

Then set them up in "Warn when near POI" and "Show POI on map".
