M1 Woodall Services

I noticed last Friday that SPECS cameras have suddenly appeared north bound on the M1 near Woodall Services. Anyone know why? There aren't any road works there yet and they aren't covered up not in use.

There are planned lane closures and hard shoulder usage, up till Sept 14th.

Something to do with bridge repairs, between J30 & J31.

It could be that.
