UK or EURO?

Got a Tom Tom Go 700. Just got the latest maps Western & Central Europe because i will be travelling in Holland soon.

Always just downloaded UK Consolidated By Type before. If I now download EURO Consolidated by type will that include UK or do i now need both ?

You need both - they are kept separate because the on screen and voice alerts need to be in MPH in the UK and kmph on mainland Europe.
(Although if you are only using the consolidated by type version you won't get the speed limits anyway).
Any reason why you don't want to use the speed-zoned data?

Stuck to Consolidated as i had originally 6 voices done by a great impessionist, to make my alerts more interesting. Would have to get more voices done if It was broken further down into actual speed limits. How many more does it add? Could get more detailed ones done.

There's thirty one camera types and speeds:

Depends what you want to say,
One way would be to record a generic "Warning, ...... ahead, speed limit ....... miles per hour".
Then record the types and the speeds as single words and edit it together later.
But this can be a bit odd for the "variables and "to be announced" ones

The ones I use just say "Speed camera, 30", "Speed camera, Specs, 30" or "Mobile camera, speed unknown".
So if the artiste is OK about it, then 32 sentences does the lot.
