Can I switch to TomTom from Igo - un-branded running win CE?

I recently bought a "GPS Navigation system" (no other branding name) from Ebay & all works fairly well with the Igo system. However I was conned a bit & the Igo software is demo software that has been patched to run. I informed the selle ro fthis & was offered a refund to keep stum, not bad.

What I'd like to know is can I switch to either TomTom on the unit.

I can connect to the unit via MS ActiveSync but their is no way to view files & run any .exe files from on the unit. I have a version of TomTom Navigator from an old pocket PC but when I copied the files over it didn't work?

So does anyone have any idea of what these units are & what version of TomTom I can buy to put on here via the SD card slot?

Sorry yes it is cracked but not by myself, I just want to get TomTom onto the system which I wish I could give more details on, but as said it's running Windows CE & that is all I know
