Installin camera updates

I am a begginner, Navman ic750.
When I download the camera database and then try to instal it on my navman, the installation gets to 100% and then a warning box comes up- "XML document must have a top level element Line =0". I then find that the datbase has not been installed. Please what am I doing wrong?

There was an issue with the Navman files which was resolved yesterday morning - please can you redownload the files and then try again?
