Speed cams/Post code download help please

Most probably had this question before but anyway opted to get tomtom2 put onto my Jornada 548 as no other software is much good at getting loaded to it and put maps on the CF card....so have been to the download page and see a number of items there , so which one do folk think is the best and most up to date download for both cameras and post codes....

I notice some of the downloads state the file size to download is 0bytes big does that mean there's nothing to download...

and basically how do I go about adding these camera's and postcodes into my tom tom software
