Nokia disconnects from TT 520 when looking for TT services

Hi all
I have just bought a TT GO 520. I have paired my phone up (Nokia E65) via bluetooth without a problem. The problem comes when I try to access the TT service (traffic, weather etc etc). I am on the 3UK network with an unlimited internet account.

When I go through the set up process, It asks me for country, service provider and handset model. I do all this, then all of a sudden when it starts to get settings, the nokia says "disconected from TT", so its unable to get settings.

The phone is set to authorised, is on TT phone list and I have cancelled my email to be checked so there will be nothing interfering with tomtom.

Any ideas please

Sorry, I can't help with your question myself, but it might be more likely to be seen by someone who does know if you asked again in the dedicated TomTom section Smile

Sorry for posting in the wrong section. But after I turned the laptop off, I disconnected all services from the phone like email etc and hey presto, it worked.
