Navigation Software Advice

There is nobody in the World more GPS illeterate then me...

I currently have an iPaq hx2495. I was given a Qstarz bluetooth GPS (bt-818) receiver.

Now I need navigation software.

I want to do geo-caching and use the gps for roads here in the States (Idaho).

what is some decent navigation software (no bank breakers...)?
