I have a TomTom Go 920T and am receiving visual warnings of speed cameras but no audible warnings. Anyone else experienced the same problem? Does anyone know what the answer could be?

Well have you set up the audible warnings?
It doesn't happen by itself, you have to do it in menu page 3 "TomTom Plus Services" / TomTom safety cameras / Change Warning preferences.
Select which camera type (or "All"), give a warning time and then a warning sound (either spoken based on the file name, a sound effect or your own typed warning. |

Got it, Thank you very much. I have only had this unit since the 8th of may and I am completely green to sat navy's!
Maybe I should have bought a basic entry level sat nav?
I am also interested to know more about your speed cameras compered to tom tom's database
