Upgrade PDA from h2210 - better screen?

Hi all,

My trusty h2210 has seen better days, and the screen, especially outdoors, is pretty hard to see (never was that great anyway, but with all the micro scratches on it now...)

Can anyone recommend a PDA, preferably with built in GPS that has a brighter screen that would perform significantly better outdoors than the h2210? I have been contemplating the Mio P360, Asus a696, and also on the non-built in front, the iPaq 200/214...

I have the HP 214 nice bit of kit large screen only minor issue is sound volume is not as loud as my old. HX2110. the HP 214 get my recommendation
