please help - confusing software update options for 720

I did open a question with TT support on Saturday and was very surprised to get a reply, and to have a discussion with a representative, on Bank Holiday Monday morning. I was asked if i had an order number which I didn't as the email confirmation didn't arrive, so I had to scan my credit card statement and send that.

He then said he'd consulted his bosses and they seem to think I must have been logged in with the wrong email address. I'm not sure how I could have done that though. So I'm now waiting for the next reply.

I'm not too bothered as I now have a backup on my computer and on a DVD. I've also copied the map to the computer using HOME, so I should be safe until the next time comes to upgrade, hopefully to version 8 by then.
