More often than not, it's actually Darren who changes peoples' rank to Lifetime Member.
If your rank hasn't changed by the time you read this, perhaps you could try sending a PM to Darren, asking him to change your rank.

Now these cameras have been reported to going live, I was just looking on the ole submissions map, to see if i could still see the target looking icon at the co-ordinates where i made my submissions but it wasnt there ( they were once ), however the var speed icon was now in its place.
Does the `first to report` target icon disappear once fully verified?
How does one go back and check if was the first to report after this goes?

yes, it disappears. best way to check is to see if you're subscription gets extended ;)
