You mean a TomTom ONE? never heard of a ONE Explore?
Connect to HOME and see if it offers you any updates?

Is that maybe what they're calling the "new" One (with the "easy-port" mount)?

Whatever it is, take a look at the TomTom FAQs "sticky" topic at the top of this forum. You MUST do a full backup with Windows Explorer not TomTom's "Home" program) before you do anything else. |

| They have started calling then Explore, because they are including a carry case, probably to get rid of the old stock. |
