Searching For Firmware

I have an original Tomtom one which I think is finally packing in but want to try giving it another chance by reinstalling firmware 7.162.
Is there a link where I can find this?

Which version do you currently have? I thought 7.162 was the latest you could have.

Did you do a Backup that you could Restore the Files from?

Did you keep the Backup?

Well it was running 7.162 and suppose still is only it is acting very strange when it tries to boot up so I thought maybe the firmware was corrupted and was hopefully trying to install a fresh copy.

Did you do a Backup of when you first put 7.162 on the ONE? If so, you could then put everything back to how it was when new.

If you downloaded it with HOME you should find the compressed File in the Download Folder, as set by HOME Preferences.
