After downloading the speedcam database and unzip it I have noticed after unzipping there are two ''speedcams with pending.mtc'' files
is this normal or what is going wrong and are they both the same.
This has only changed in the last few downloads.

try now - there should only be 1. use the one without the hyphen - ie 'SpeedCams with Pending' as opposed to 'SpeedCams - with Pending'

After downloading the new database today we have two ''with pending'' files once again, one in capitals. Are they the same ?

no, they were different - i forgot unix servers are case-senstive so it didn't overwrite!!! redownload now as oly the correct files exist now!!
