Mobile XT, POI and .GPX, OH my!

I have tried to use POI loader to convert a GPX file (geocaches) and add it to my Palm Centro. Problem is POI loader does not seem to recognize my Centro when it's connected. I tried to manually move the converted file to the Centros SD card but I' not sure what subfolder to place it in so that it will be used. Also, I see under Manage My Data at the bottom an Options button. This brings up a screen that says Import GPX file. I placed a GPX file in the GPX folder on the SD card but it does not load the waypoints. Any suggestions?
